What will you be doing?

Organising meetings and booking meeting rooms
Handling correspondence directed to managers
Diary management for 2 senior stakeholders
Managing board meetings, taking minutes, and writing them up subsequently
Producing reports and presentations using PowerPoint

The Person

Be the heart of the office with a positive cultural contribution
Must be an advanced user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc
A valid police check would be desirable
This role requires the successful candidates to be fully vaccinated
