Job Description

MAYDAY are delighted to be assisting a well-known, global insurance client in the recruitment of an experienced Policy Administrator. This opportunity would suit a switched on and hardworking candidate and is pivotal to support an expanding business unit.
  
The role is based in corporate central CBD offices, working Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm.

The role:
  • Work in a business support team providing policy administration duties
  • Issuing policy documents
  • Policy administration – ensuring contract and renewals are updated
  • Amending and creating new client details
  • Distribute and respond to emails
  • Invoicing
  • Data entry/ processing
Experience needed:
  • Policy Administration experience essential
  • Good IT knowledge
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Excellent communication
  • Experience working in Banking and finance or insurance
