Job Description

MAYDAY are excited to be recruiting for well-known and established company who specialise in both project and custom homes across NSW. Reporting to the Customer Service and Operations Director the Customer Services Manager will be responsible for leading customer service consultants, and administrative assistants, to support customers through the building experience, from sales through to construction and settlement.

The role: 
  • Lead and develop the Customer Service team  
  • Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead business improvement initiatives including developing and maintaining Customer Service standards, policies and procedures
  • Report on and achieve set KPIs
  • Manage client queries and complaints
  • Manage and oversee information from outsourced providers, such as soil test reports, contour surveys, Water Board approvals, lending approvals, Home Owners Warranty
  • Support Customer Service reporting and analytics including NPS promoter score 
Skills & Desirable: 
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in the provision of pre-construction support and administration
  • Ability to prioritize and manage large volumes of work through an approvals process and coordinate team activity to obtain the required documentation
  • Strong Customer Service experience within a fast-paced and dynamic customer focused environment
  • Experience in management and achievement of KPI’s and budget
  • Experience with Net Promoter Score (NPS)
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • Advanced Microsoft Office
  • Advanced CRM knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics)
