What will you be doing?

• Assist in the growth and development of a team of claims consultants
• Manage work-flow and ensure SLA's are hit
• Ensure consultants are maintain KPI standards
• Monthly one on one with consultants
• Report data the Senior Leadership team and implement/regulate any areas for improvement
• Act as point of escalation for any customers/clients
• Coach and mentor consultants on best practice handling of claims

What experience will you have?

• Previous experience in a Senior Property Claims role
• Prior knowledge and proven experience managing end to end property claims
• Experience in developing staff member to get the best out of their work
• Strong communication skills
• Great attitude and a positive outlook
• Full working rights in Australia
