- Supporting regulatory compliance, leading and delivering the Early Childhood Curriculum, including practice and environments
- Supporting the delivery of high-quality pedagogical leadership, support and coaching to campus directors, educational leaders and educators
- Setting benchmarks in regulatory frameworks and ensuring implementation including assessment, monitoring, coaching and professional practice programs
- Ensuring compliance to all mandated requirements under the National Quality Framework including licencing and related Children’s Services legislation
- Providing cross organisational consultancy and support with regards to Children’s Services functions, broader early childhood developments and best practice
- Supporting the Development and Family Advisory strategy, programs and initiatives
- Assisting with new campus integration including practice set up, staff training
- Oversee team members to ensure that all incidents, complaints and other notifications are notified to regulatory bodies accurately
- Work closely with the Education Manager the embedding of Child Safe Standards across the organisation in policies and procedure
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in regulatory compliance, business systems development and management or risk management and preferably (but not essential) early childhood or primary/secondary education
- Minimum of two to five years demonstrated experience in equivalent roles
- Experience working within a dynamic group structure
- Qualifications and experience in training program and content development and coaching and training small and large groups
- Knowledge of and responsibility of statutory regulations relating to the industry, or equivalent educational or service industries
