Reporting to the Head of Operations, we are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to ensure product meets the highest standards required by the client.

Responsibilities include:

Inspection and approval of incoming material by confirming specifications, visual and measurement tests and rejection and returning wrong materials. This will also include inspecting in-process production by confirming specifications of drawings and communicating when required adjustments to the team leaders.
Approving finished products by confirming specifications, visual and metrological tests, retuning products for rework and confirming re-work.
Identifying risks before they develop into problems, root cause analysis and preventative action. Follow up with corrective action processes fort machine shop.
Proficient CMM understanding and operation

Qualifications required:

Trade Qualification preferred in machining.
5+ years' relevant work experience in metal machining
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
