- Reception services such as greeting people, answering calls and responding to emails and be a first point of contact
- Check guests into their accommodation
- Collecting accommodation fees and raising invoices
- Coordinating and reporting on the smooth delivery of services
- Notify relevant departments of different requirements, such as catering, room supplies, maintenance needs and laundry services
- Manage the provision of supplies
- Conduct room inspections
- Take on administration duties as required
- Work closely with the Facilities Manager and assist where required
- Will be an Australian Citizen; only citizens can be considered for this role
- Will have worked in a similar role, such as reception or a coordinator role
- Have a drive to learn, grow and progress through a company
- Have a positive and friendly disposition
- Be able to respond quickly to change
- Active Car Driver's Licence advantageous
