- Manage reception for the ICT division, greet visitors, accept deliveries from couriers, assist staff with ICT queries
- Clear virtual out trays and progress. This is using Microsoft Teams and HPE Content Manager (TRIM)
- Collect milk for staff kitchen
- Manage shared email account by applying categories for Executive Assistants to action
- Manage stock and report on usage and order as required
- Log jobs for repairs and maintenance
- Order stationery
- Issue visitor security passes
- Collect mail from mail room and distribute
- Update new and exiting staff on organisation structure
- Update email distribution lists for new and exiting staff
- Support Management teams with minute-taking if ever required
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by Executive Assistants
- Reception and Administration experience is essential, exposure to NSW Government would be beneficial
- Experience in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Experience in using Adobe Pro to consolidate/organise PDF's would be beneficial
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to integrate into a close-knit team environment
- Candidates must be able to commit to the required duration of the assignment
- Candidates must be able to pass a full background check
- For this role, our client requires candidates to be double vaccinated for COVID19, unless they can't due to a protected attribute such as a medical condition
