What will you be doing?
  • Client Services 
  • Administration duties as required
  • Meeting room Management
  • Incoming and outgoing mail distribution
  • Assistance with functions and events
  • Email correspondence
  • Liaising with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Filing and archiving support
What experience do you need?
  • Polished presentation and impeccable customer service
  • Clear communication skills with a highly professional phone manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft application (Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management & attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic & friendly by nature
  • Reliable & Punctual 
  • Be a team player who can work autonomously
  • Experience operating a switchboard within a busy office environment
