An exciting opportunity has become available for a remarkable Receptionist to join a highly regarded organisation within the CBD area.
This is a 12 month contract opportunity for a committed professional to be the "face'' of the company and to really make the role their own. Working within a supportive environment, you will become an integral part of the team and be part of a fast growing, highly regarded organisation.
Based in fabulous CBD offices, your duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting visitors at arrival and directing them to relevant meeting rooms
  • Ensuring that all calls and emails are well screened and re-directed to the most appropriate stakeholder
  • Representing the company in a polished, approachable and professional manner over the phone, via email or face-to-face
  • Responding to all email correspondence and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing room requests and visitor logistics
  • Maintaining office equipment and communal areas
  • Printing, binding, photocopying and scanning documents as required
  • Couriers and mail distribution
To be successful for this role you will:
  • Display confidence and strong interpersonal awareness when interacting with others
  • Realise the importance of your role as a 'front of the house' representation of the organisation
  • Present with a polished and professional attire and demeanour
  • Possess basic Microsoft office and outlook skills, including diary and meeting management
  • Communicate clearly and in an articulate manner
  • Demonstrate ability to see potential improvement in existing processes, being able to constructively suggest new ideas
  • Show initiative and be proactive when workload is light as well as a methodical approach to completing tasks when workload peaks
  • Be proactive at providing administrative support to the rest of the team
  • Proactively manage your own time and task completion and have the ability to work autonomously
  • Demonstrate strong reliability and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Deliver outputs that meet, if not exceed, standards and celebrate work well done!
