Based in fabulous CBD offices, your duties and responsibilities will include:
Meeting and greeting clients upon arrival
Answering phone queries and assisting as best as possible
Providing essential administration support to the wider business
Organising meetings and managing meeting rooms accordingly
Processing data and reporting
Handling mail, couriers and all deliveries
Key skills we are looking for:
Previous Reception/Administration experience
Proactive and forward thinking attitude
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A professional phone manner and presentation
Competent MS Office skills
Great time management skills
Availability to start on the 26th April would be highly regarded for this role
