MAYDAY Recruitment are proud to be working with an innovative and award-winning Dealership based in Castle Hill.
  
They are looking for a self motivated and hardworking individual to be the face of their company and fulfil this critical role within the organisation on a 4-6 week assignment while they recruit for this position permanently.

Main responsibilities include:
  • Greeting visitors upon arrival and introduce them to the showroom
  • Answering incoming phone calls and managing as appropriate 
  • Booking MOT tests and scheduling any maintenance requests
  • Managing the day to day running of the reception area  
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have previous reception experience ideally within a car dealership
  • Have an enthusiastic approach and great attitude to work
  • Have clear communication skills with an impeccable phone manner
  • Be reliable & punctual 
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft application
