Job Description

MAYDAY are excited to be assisting a thriving finance firm in North Sydney in the recruitment of a new administrative team member. This role is pivotal to the representation of the company, as you will be the face when any guests walk through the door.

What will you be doing?
  • Managing the Reception desk and being the face of the company, whilst maintaining meeting rooms as well as security passes
  • Organise for the delivery and stock of stationary supplies throughout the office
  • Assist in the organisation of events and business conferences
  • Other ad-hoc administration duties as required
  • Coordinate any travel arrangement for colleagues as requested  
What experience would you have?
  • Fantastic customer service and communication skills, including the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
  • Prior experience within an administrative or reception-based role a huge advantage
  • Full working rights within Australia (unfortunately we would not be able to hire any candidates on a Student Visa for this role)
  • Curious and keen to learn and develop professionally
