MAYDAY are delighted to be assisting int he recruitment of an experience Receptionist for a care focused and professional boutique recruitment agency based in the heart of the CBD. 

This role is pivotal to being the face of the organisation and providing exceptional support to the Office Manager and Executive Assistant.

The Role
  • Manage up to 5 meeting rooms
  • Provide high level support to the Office Manager
  • Assist frequently with internal and external events
  • Office Administration duties
  • Meeting and greeting a number of candidates and clients in a warm and professional manner
  • Coordinating internal events as well as birthdays and celebrations
  • Manage the businesses CRM System
The Ideal Candidate
  • A can-do and positive attitude 
  • Proactive and forward thinking
  • 1-2 years Previous Reception experience (this can be in an office environment or hospitality)
  • Excellent communication skills, being able to liaise with visitors of all levels
  • High level administration skills
