MAYDAY Recruitment is an established recruitment business in Sydney which supports the hiring strategies of some of Australia’s biggest and best organisations. On the back of a successful 2021, we are anticipating a very busy 2022 and as such we have need to hire several Recruitment Consultants in Sydney CBD. The position of Recruitment Consultant with MAYDAY would be full-time in Sydney with annual remuneration of between $75,000 to $100,000 (negotiable) on offer.

Sample of Duties:
- 360 recruitment role dealing with clients and candidates
- Building strong relationships with our existing client base comprised of mainly ASX listed businesses across all industries
- Identifying prospects and business leads with new companies to help build a strong pipeline
- Source and interview candidates with a view to placing them with our clients
- Take job specifications and write job advertisements
- Attending networking events to increase business and promote MAYDAY’s services
- Build a personal brand on Linked In and increase our MAYDAY Talent network
- Negotiate job offers between candidates and clients
Skills and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in recruitment
- Experience managing the end to end recruitment cycle
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Emotional intelligence and great people skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to liaise confidently with various business personnel
