Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage a temp / contractor desk within Data Analytics
- Source and interview candidates and establish a network
- Coach and prepare candidates for client interview
- Account manage and service requirements from existing clients
- Manage volume project recruits
- Farm existing accounts for new business opportunities
- In quiet times manage business development pipeline and canvass for new business opportunities
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Experience as a Recruitment Consultant is desirable – alternatively a passionate, driven and high energy individual who is eager to earn well and begin a career in recruitment.
- Able to work well in a fast paced and high-pressure environment
- Will have a proactive and hardworking attitude, results driven and strives for success
- Self-motivated and a team player who is passionate about what they do
