- Reviewing and approving relevant photos for repair work
- Engaging, coordinating, and managing repairs to ensure works remain within the allocated budget and timeframe
- Accurately responding to enquiries and requests for information
- Liaising constantly with the customer and repairers at all times
- Keeping consistent file notes and ensuring records are kept up to date
- Prioritising submissions and following up on quotations and approvals
- A passion for providing superior customer service
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Previous experience in motor insurance or similar highly regarded
