The role:
- Generate and increase air-conditioning sales
- Provide quotes
- General administration duties
- Conduct site inspections
- Project management
- Ability to coordinate a small team of technicians and apprentices
The ideal Candidate will have;
- Excellent Communication skills and a can-do attitude
- Knowledge in Air-conditioning industry
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (Preferred but not essential)
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to follow instructions effectively
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge in WHS policy and procedure
- Australian Driver's license
- Computer literate
- Experience in measuring and quoting in customer homes
- Excellent salary package $70k + Superannuation and profit share scheme
- Company vehicle, Ipad, phone and Uniform provided
