MAYDAY are delighted to be recruiting a fantastic opportunity with a well-known Australian insurer, who would love a passionate Sales & Customer Service Officer to join their Chatswood branch. This role will be pivotal to assisting customers with enquiries and providing an outstanding level of service.

What will you be doing?   
  • Providing on going support to customers who visit the kiosk
  • Tailor and up-sell packages that will support customer needs
  • Ensuring all insurance claims are processes correctly and in line with company policies
  • Cover absence within locate and state-wide branches
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required  
What experience would be great for this role?
  • Experience within a face to face customer service role, including retail or fitness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A keen attitude towards travelling interstate
  • Love assisting customers to the best of your abilities
  • Great problem-solving skills
