We are recruiting for multiple Sales and Service Officers with excellent communication skills for a NSW Government department in Penrith! We are looking for candidates with experience in both customer service and sales who make it their mission to provide the best experience for clients whilst turning enquiries into admissions!
This role is based in Penrith and will be full time in the office.

- Be responsible for making and taking calls from customers regarding education enquiries, with an aim to convert these enquiries into admissions
- Respond to emails in relation to education enquires, making it your mission to convert this into an actual admission
- Work towards set KPI's and targets surrounding service quality, enquiry conversions and customer contact points
- Undertake a range of sales, customer service and administration tasks to support the business
- Integrate yourself into a self-motivated team of individuals, in a fluid and changing environment
- Ensure that you are working within set policies and processes, as required by NSW Government
- Experience in a high volume customer service or sales role is essential
- Have excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Have great numeracy and literacy skills - please note, you will have to complete an assessment on this during your application process
- Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Be self-motivated and driven to convert leads into admissions
- Hold a current Working with Children Check or the ability to process this immediately (for paid work)
- Can commit to the required duration of the contract
- Candidates must be able to pass a full background check
- Experience in the use of complex IT systems would be preferred
- Candidates must have experience in using multiple systems - our client uses 6 different systems so we are seeking tech-savvy candidates
- For this role, our client requires candidates to be double vaccinated for COVID19, unless they can't due to a protected attribute such as a medical condition
