The responsibility of this role would be to take over management of an already successful and high performing sales team in order to promote continued growth. They will also be responsible for managing leads through the sales funnel and utilising Pardot, the placeholder will have 3 direct reports.

About the role:
Convert sales with decision-makers often at Executive level
Cultivate and manage sales leads through the sales funnel, optimising conversion rates
Expert user of Pardot and B2B automation and engagement
Manage a team of 3 sales professionals
Sit on the Senior Leadership Team, influencing overall company strategy and procedures
Liaise with the wider team and company to ensure every customers' requests are fulfilled, providing an outstanding customer experience
The ideal candidate:
Experience Managing a small team in a sales environment
Around 7-10years sales / BDM experience
Must be a confident user of Pardot software
Has the hunger and persistence to drive growth
