- Based in Macquarie Park, close to all public transport links
- Answering inbound enquiries via phone and email
- Data entry and records management
- Setting up virtual meetings
- Supporting finance team and client facing staff
- Managing and leading administration team
- Liaising with external stakeholders
- Arranging travel accommodation and catering
- Collating workshop materials
- General ad hoc duties
- A great, pro-active attitude and willingness to support the team
- Tech-savvy with a broad understanding of how to effectively navigate digital applications such as emails, calendars, video and phone conferencing
- Excellent organisation and customer service skills
- High levels of professionalism, maturity and attention to detail
- A calm considered demeanour and good interpersonal skills
