- Someone who can take a lead role in the Commercial team to assist in improving efficiencies.
- Great organisation and high attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- An ambitious attitude
- Assist in the maintenance of a portfolio of clients and providing front line client service in respect of those accounts
- Implementing renewal and broking strategies in accordance with instructions received from Client Managers or other senior managers while liaising with claims staff to ensure clients’ interests are protected
- Develop new key business through relationship management
- Provide high level of customer service to all clients
