Job Description

Mayday Blue are working with a excellent HVAC SME who are looking to recruit a Service Manager for their expanding operations in the Northern Beaches area. 

Our client has an excellent reputation in the area and is predominantly focused on high end commercial and domestic residential work. The position will be responsible for leading a team of service technicians working with a range of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems and equipment. As a leader in the field you will be responsible for meeting team goals and maintaining customer satisfaction with the company. 

The HVAC Service Manager should possess the following skills, characteristics and abilities:
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Strong leadership and a natural desire to help, train and support colleagues
  • 5+ years post qualification HVAC experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Exhibit an in-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems
  • Strong experience in domestic and commercial residential HVAC highly beneficial
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire for improvement, motivating and recruiting technicians to be better tomorrow than they a are today
  • Clean neat and professional approach to work and appearance, a top performer who takes pride in their career
  • Detail orientated, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects
