We are recruiting for an experienced and highly-organised Service Support Officer with excellent communication skills for an exciting Government project in Newcastle! We are looking for candidates that truly value their customers, and makes it their duty to provide the best service possible.

Provide operational support to the Manager including organising appointments and meetings and dealing with enquiries from internal and external customers
Draft and prepare reports, correspondence, agendas and minutes for the Manager to provide an effective support service
Monitor and manage a caseload of low complexity customers to ensure appropriate services are sourced, customer's needs are reviewed and addressed in line with company guidelines
Manage service approvals and payments for customers through the online systems
Keep up to date with relevant legislation, policies and procedures in order to provide accurate information on a range of enquiries
Plan and prioritise key administrative and support activities to ensure an appropriate balance is achieved and service standards are maintained
You will need to:
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Experience in case management is beneficial
Have excellent written and spoken communication skills
Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service
Pass a full background check
Can commit to the required duration of the assignment
Must be able to start immediately
