Job Description

Amazing opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to work for a tier 1 electrical company in the Southern Tablelands.

Reporting into the project manager you will motivate your crew, provide leadership and supervise a team of Trade Assistants, Electricians and apprentices on a new commercial construction project.

The role:
  • Facilitate HSE inductions and conduct a tool box meetings on a daily basis prior to start time
  • Communicate the job to the crew
  • Provide leadership and direction which results in a safe work culture
  • Ensure health and safety is practiced on site  
  • As a supervisor you will understand and accept the duty of care of your team whilst on site
  • Address and resolve issues between crew members
  • Ensure project deadlines are met and daily tasks are completed by crew members
  • Ensure crew members are fully equipped with tools and materials
The person:
  • Licenced Electrician with 5 years experience
  • Previous experience as a supervisor on a commercial project 
  • Proven record of leading a team and achieving results
  • Ability to identify problems and find solutions 
  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience building relationships
