You will join the team to manage the end-to-end hiring process and provide staffing and recruitment strategies for the business. This is a very exciting opportunity to play an integral role in a high performing and successful team.

Your role will include the full internal recruitment process, responsibilities include:

Manage a diverse portfolio of up to 15 open roles
Adapt and match hiring manager communication style and build relationships with key stakeholders
Update and grow a database of available candidates
Support with onboarding of successful candidates
Work on innovative projects and campaigns
Ensure all candidates have a positive and enjoyable experience

Ideal candidates will have the following attributes:

3+ years’ experience in recruitment
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to push back and set expectations
Ability to manage a very busy portfolio and provide regular updates
Professional & friendly manner
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
