MAYDAY are excited to be recruiting a Talent Acquisition Partner to work with a high-growth household brand within their People, Culture & Strategy portfolio within a global business.

Your role will include the full internal recruitment process, responsibilities include:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of up to 20 open People, Culture & Strategy roles
• Adapt and match hiring manager communication style and build relationships with key stakeholders
• Update and grow a database of available candidates
• Support with onboarding of successful candidates

Ideal candidates will have the following attributes: 

• 2+ years’ experience in recruitment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to push back and set expectations
• Ability to manage a busy portfolio and provide regular updates
