MAYDAY is excited to be recruiting for a brand new Team Leader managing and leading a Travel Customer Service team within a global organisation with a passion for innovation and technology.

The role is varied and includes the following duties;
  • Developing and implementing databases and sources of information 
  • Creating process improvements around the customer experience
  • Researching the web and social media on specific travel destinations
  • Leading and developing you team members to be successful 
  • Responding to customer queries via web-chat and email
  • Fast, accurate work with excellent attention to detail 
  • Problem-solving as often queries will be unique and require you to think outside the box
The perfect candidate will have:
  • Strong Leadership skills with proven experience leading a team of 6+
  • Strong technical ability - able to pick up new systems quickly
  • A love for travel and social media 
  • Good tenure in a customer service role 
  • Exceptional customer service skills and enjoy going above and beyond
