MAYDAY Recruitment is excited to be searching for an experienced Training and Implementation Specialist to join a fast-growing Dental Technology company based in North Sydney.

Whats in it for you:

$75,000 - $80,000 + $11,500 car allowance + fuel + super and incentives
Monday - Friday: 8.30pm - 5.00pm

Key responsibilities:

Provide training and support to newly acquired customers, retraining of underperforming ones, both online and in-practice and ensuring clinical support is provided along the full customer adoption journey
Driving every practice to be fully self-sufficient in all the software solutions
Attend trade shows, both local and international
Feedback to management on market trends and competition
Maintain comprehensive records through the CRM to report activity

You will possess:

Experience and proven success in a training / education / clinical role either having worked in a Dental / Orthodontic practice or from working within the Dental industry
Ability to influence and provoke customers ways of thinking.
Strong organizational skills
A background in Dental / Orthodontic
A high level of IT knowledge and an appreciation for new technology
The ability to build and maintain positive mutual partnerships with internal and external customers
