MAYDAY are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a globally recognised brand, located in Marsden Park. The primary purpose of this role will be to manage a team of inbound and outbound warehouse staff to achieve business results, optimise performance and ensure compliance.

The Ideal candidate
- Previous warehouse team leader experience
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of operational logistic standards
- Hands on approach to people management and targets
- Ability to encourage collaboration, co-creation and people development
- 'Can-Do' attitude
- Ideally experience with a retail based warehouse (not essential).
