MAYDAY is delighted to support a leading provider of outsourced Workplace Relations advice; we are currently sourcing for two WHS Consultant's to deliver expert advice and guidance to their SME client base on a wide range of WHS policies and procedures in order to ensure business compliance.
An exciting opportunity to embrace this newly created position and provide expert knowledge to clients, these positions have been created due to an increased workload given the current climate. Main responsibilities include:
  • Meet with clients face to face in order to assess and review current WHS practices and policies (virtual meetings for foreseeable future)
  • Create documents, manuals, forms and policies to amend any compliance gaps in their current operations
  • Provide a consultative service in order to educate the client on best practice and the application of new policy recommendations
  • Travel to client sites as required as restrictions with COVID 19 continue to ease
The ideal candidate will have
  • 2-6 years’ experience working within a WHS Consultant / Manager / Advisory position
  • Exceptional communicator who provides a fantastic service to clients
  • Qualifications / Diploma within WHS is preferred
  • Holds an unrestricted driver’s license and would be happy to travel to client sites in the future
