MAYDAY are delighted to be assisting a leading Australian brand with the recruitment of two Workers Compensation Claims Managers to work within their self-insured, relationship driven team of 5. 

These roles will provide pivotal personal injury management support across a huge national brand.

What will you be doing?
  • Manage a portfolio of around 60 claims, end to end
  • Determine permanent impairment claims
  • Ensure you the team are providing a excellent service to the injured employee
  • Instigate and assess recovery opportunities
  • Support the regional manager workers compensation with managing the team’s performance against KPIs
  • Represent workers compensation team on projects
What experience do you need?
  • Previous experience managing Workers Compensation claims end to end
  • Prior management of stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge and understanding of determining liability 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Detailed use and knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Full work rights in Australia
