About Caroline
Caroline is a true people person; she is outgoing and passionate about building relationships with others. She graduated university in Glasgow in 2018, while working as an Internal Recruitment and Operations Managers in the hotel chain where she started her working career when she was 16.
Here, she develped a love for talent management and learning and development. After moving to Australia soon after, she found her home in agency recruitment in 2020 and she is now a Principal Consultant, managing our second biggest account.
Outside of work, she can be found socialsing with friends or on the beach with her french bulldog, Archie.
