The awards were aired on Thursday the 16th of June, and we awaited the outcome with nervous excitement:
There are now 50 formidable agencies using Recruiter Insider's platform and over 700 consultants, and with those impressive numbers in mind, to be finalists for all 6 awards is a staggering achievement that both humbles and excites us. We put our heads and hearts into our relationships, and to be recognised like this brings us strength and encouragement.
These awards are based on feedback collected from anonymous surveys that are sent to our clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, which made being finalists even more special. If you are a Client or Candidate to MAYDAY, you would have come across these surveys and we thank you so much for taking the time to complete them – we actively use all feedback to help continue our "care factor" and support in our service to you.
The competition was incredibly tight - and we were lucky enough to come away with two awards due to the skills and determination from our exceptional Hannah, who won both Best Consultant for Client Experience and Best Consultant in Service Excellence, which spans both the client and candidate side.
Hannah has been unstoppable since joining MAYDAY 3 years ago as a Recruitment Consultant, being promoted to Senior Consultant a year later, and most recently to Team Leader – taking the lead for Team Temp in the most trying of times, as COVID19 hit. She has completely earnt these awards through all her hard work and we at MAYDAY are so proud of her.
