About Vanessa
Vanessa began her career in recruitment with MAYDAY in early 2017, quickly scaling from rookie to Consultant, while training newbies entering the business and industry. In 2020, Vanessa stepped into an official Trainer position, and in 2021 she co-developed MAYDAY’s Future Recruiter external rookie training program along-side the Director team, and co-created and facilitated 3 webinars for the RCSA the following year. In 2023 Vanessa stepped into a Business Manager role and led the team through a total tech transformation, before settling into her current role of Operations Director in 2025. Outside of the office, you’ll find Vanessa scoping out great restaurants, playing with her pups Harry and Gus-Gus, or trying tending to her veggie patch.
