Vicky Jones

In 2013 Vicky swapped her career of 15 years in the media industry in London and Sydney to follow her passion to inspire and empower individuals to be the best they can be. She does this through coaching, facilitation and keynote speaking for large private and public sector clients.

With a BSc in Biology and a strong interest in neuroscience, she is fascinated by human behaviour and its impact on team dynamics and peak performance.

After being in the room with Vicky, she is sure to leave individuals feeling energised and inspired to put their new learning and knowledge into practice.

Vanessa Cole

A self-confessed learning and memory nerd, Vanessa has always had a penchant for developing knowledge effectively, turning training into long-term action and making gaining expertise a positive and fun experience. She has taken on training responsibilities at each company she has worked for, and so when the opportunity arose to step into an official training position at MAYDAY in 2020, Vanessa jumped at it.

She studied a Certificate in Training, facilitates MAYDAY’s internal team training, and co-created MAYDAY’s 6-month external rookie training program, Future Recruiter, alongside Director Imogen Storie. Vanessa’s energetic and inclusive training style has been a welcome addition to the vibrant Elevate team since they joined forces with MAYDAY in 2022.
