MAYDAY Recruitment’s Future Recruiter has now Evolved

MAYDAY Recruitment Group are proud to announce the launch of our latest training program taking recruitment careers further… ‘Future Recruiter: Evolve’. A course designed to help experienced Consultants build on their skills, increase their knowledge on the latest industry best-practice, and watch their billings soar.

‘Future Recruiter: Evolve’ is an extension of our existing rookie training program, ‘Future Recruiter’. ‘Future Recruiter’ was designed for agencies to help launch rookie recruitment careers and tackle the talent shortage, as well as decrease new hire, overwhelm and turnover. Due to the success of the rookie program and at the request of our clients to train their experienced team members, this next evolution of Future Recruiter was born.
Both programs have been constructed and trialled by successful Recruiter turned Training Manager, Vanessa Cole, and MAYDAY’s founding directors and CEO, who have a combined knowledge of over 65 years in the recruitment industry.

‘Future Recruiter: Evolve’ is a 6-month course of fortnightly 90-minute virtual training sessions, allowing flexibility for Consultants to join from anywhere.


So, what’s involved?

✔ Topics include: Develop Business like an Expert, Mastering Negotiation, and Optimising LinkedIn & Social Branding
✔ Attendees will have access to pre-reading material, our eLearning platform & a peer-to-peer support LinkedIn Group
✔ Each session will have games, quizzes, breakout rooms and plenty of interaction to improve the retention of information and concepts
