Well done Matt on being MAYDAY’s Lifesaver of February – how does it feel?
It feels great to be recognised for your contribution as a contractor. It can be tough to feel you are making an impact, especially remote working, so it’s nice to know that you are.
What advice would you give someone going into a new contract role?
Be curious and listen.
Tell us the most interesting thing you have learned since being in your role?
Meeting people across business units and learning their role and how it all interplays is brilliant – particularly in a place as big and complex as my company.

Meet our next MAYDAY Lifesaver of the February – Mena! My advice is to be patient and focus on the new position as learning and gaining new experience.
