About Caroline

Caroline is a true people person; she is outgoing and passionate about building relationships with others. She graduated university in Glasgow in 2018, while working as an Internal Recruitment and Operations Managers in the hotel chain where she started her working career when she was 16.

Here, she develped a love for talent management and learning and development. After moving to Australia soon after, she found her home in agency recruitment in 2020 and she is now a Senior Consultant, managing our second biggest account. As well as managing a busy temp desk, Caroline faciliates our Future Recruiter Program, training rookies into the industry as well as developing experienced recruitment consultants through our training business, Elevate Corporate Training.

Outside of work, she can be found socialsing with friends or on the beach with her french bulldog, Archie.
