From Merseyside to Sydney, David’s journey into recruitment was inevitable - it’s in the family DNA! Starting his career in accounts and payroll, he quickly realised numbers weren’t enough; he wanted to work with people, not just spreadsheets. Fast forward two decades and he’s built a career on exactly that - connecting great people with great companies.

As Managing Director of MAYDAY Technical, David leads with a mix of collaboration, empowerment and a good dose of humour. He’s a results-driven leader who believes recruitment should never feel robotic; it’s about building teams that spark productivity, performance and progress.

When he’s not leading from the front, you’ll find him chasing a golf ball around the Coast Golf Club (handicap <20 still a work in progress), or swapping his desk for a dive tank where he’s equally at home underwater.
