As one of MAYDAY’s co-founders and Head of MAYDAY Experience, Jo is the heartbeat behind the service experience we deliver to every client and candidate.
Together, MAYDAY Co-founders Imogen and Kat, Jo shaped our signature “Care Factor” experience placing emphasis on the moments that matter - from the first phone call to the final placement, and every touchpoint in between.

Sometimes recruitment needs aren’t 9–5. That’s where our SOS service comes in.
- Call us at 6am with an urgent role? We’ll answer immediately.
- Candidate confirmation delivered within 20 minutes.
- On the rare occasion we can’t find the right person, one of our team will step in ourselves - we’ve even helped a client with a CEO’s presentation when no candidate was available for that morning!
This service is most commonly used for reception cover, but we handle outliers too, proving our flexibility and commitment to your business.

Can you manage large or multi-role recruitment campaigns?
Absolutely; we run volume projects across customer service, government, insurance, tech and more. We have dedicated volume recruitment teams with experience standing up teams of 50+ and the ability to do this irrespective of the time of year.
