Kat is passionate about two things: people and recruitment, and she’s built her career (and MAYDAY) around doing both exceptionally well.

As one of MAYDAY’s Co-Founders, Kat has been instrumental in growing the business from a bold idea in 2016 to a trusted, award-winning recruitment partner. With over 14 years’ experience across internal and agency recruitment in both the UK and Australia, she has led, coached and developed high-performing teams across permanent, temporary and project-based hiring.

A strategic operator with a big heart, Kat is the person clients rely on when they need clarity, direction and true partnership. She prides herself on knowing her customers deeply, championing their needs and building relationships grounded in honesty, loyalty and respect.

As MAYDAY’s HR Director, she also ensures the internal team have the support, development and culture they need to thrive. Her leadership style is calm, considered and people-first - a big part of what makes MAYDAY feel like MAYDAY.
