She began her career recruiting maintenance engineers for the NHS in London and has come full circle, now specialising in manufacturing maintenance engineering in Sydney. Along the way, she’s developed deep expertise across construction and property, from FM maintenance to white-collar construction, trades, and labour hire. Affectionately dubbed “the high-end queen” for her niche in luxury residential construction — think Mayfair townhouses to Sydney seaside mansions — Maisy blends market knowledge with a genuine passion for people.

Known for guiding candidates through life-changing career moves and delivering tailored, high-quality outcomes for clients, she builds trust and understands individual needs at every step.
