Millie is a results-driven Account Director, dedicated to providing urgent support without compromising on exceptional service. Millie started her career at large agencies before working for an internal TA team for a global law firm. In this role, she led and successfully delivered an expansion project requiring volume end-to-end recruitment at a national level. Millie’s experience working in an internal Talent Acquisition team gave her invaluable insights. As a result, she strives to work as an extension of her client’s TA team, immersing herself in her clients’ organisation in order to gain a holistic understanding of their needs, all enabling her to match candidates based on both their skillset and cultural fit.
Having joined MAYDAY in 2021, Millie successfully placed 200+ candidates in her first 12 months here, while also managing the accounts for some of MAYDAY’s leading blue chip clients, providing recruitment support for major projects in the financial services industry. She prides herself on her consultative, customer-centric approach to both candidates and clients. Millie is always interested in sharing knowledge and insights while ensuring that she provides a prompt and quality service.
Outside of work, Millie rarely leaves Bondi – when she does, it is to explore the bars and restaurants that Sydney has to offer!
