Sarah has built her career around one thing – connecting great people with great opportunities. With more than 14 years of recruitment experience, she has worked across everything from managing large-scale recruitment campaigns and workforce management to executive search and strategic hiring solutions for leading organisations.
 
As State Manager of NSW, Sarah leads with a people-first mindset and is passionate about building long-term relationships, developing high-performing teams and delivering outcomes that create lasting impact. Curious by nature, she believes that to truly match people and possibilities, you first need to understand them. This approach has helped her build trusted partnerships and support organisations in navigating complex hiring challenges with confidence.
 
Outside of work, Sarah is usually spending time with her rescue dog Milo, listening to a podcast or settling in for a crime series marathon. Having once dreamed of becoming either a vet or a forensic psychologist, she has always been fascinated by understanding people – a quality that continues to shape her approach today.
