We’re looking for a passionate Recruitment Consultant to be part of our growing team in Melbourne on a warm permanent Insurance desk, working with an established portfolio of trusted clients and a network of high-quality candidates across the industry.
You’ll step into a thriving desk with long-standing relationships, the backing of an experienced leadership team, and the chance to make your mark in a supportive, collaborative environment that truly values you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of valued Insurance clients
- Drive new business opportunities through targeted and strategic BD
- Source, attract, and engage top Insurance and Financial Services talent
- Deliver an outstanding experience to clients and candidates alike
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Collaborate with your team to share knowledge and celebrate wins
