MAYDAY Recruitment is currently seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join a leading healthcare services provider, managing a key territory across Chatswood, Hornsby and Brookvale.

In this role, you will work closely with referring doctors and allied health professionals to increase referrals, strengthen partnerships, and grow market share across your region.
As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and increasing referral activity within your designated territory. You will develop strong relationships with healthcare referrers, communicate the value of services offered, and collaborate closely with clinic leadership teams to support business objectives and deliver outstanding customer engagement.

- $78,400 + Super + $13,600 Car Allowance + Commission (OTE up to $27,000)

- Achieve territory revenue and referral targets through proactive sales and relationship management
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to drive growth and respond to market opportunities
- Identify and engage high-value and prospective referrers within the region
- Maintain accurate activity and referrer information using Salesforce CRM
- Provide regular reporting and insights on territory performance and opportunities
- Act as a key link between referrers and internal clinic teams to support service improvements and customer satisfaction
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or account management role
- Healthcare, medical, or allied health sales experience highly regarded
- Strong ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking with strong territory planning capability
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, health, or a related field are highly desirable.
