Following continued business growth, they are seeking an experienced finance professional to support both the finance function and day-to-day office operations.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a varied position combining Accounts Payable, finance administration and office coordination responsibilities. Perfect for someone who enjoys a broad role and thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

Main responsibilities include:
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processing, including invoices, expenses and payment runs
- Perform supplier reconciliations and maintain accurate records
- Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist with month-end activities and fixed asset maintenance
- Provide support across Accounts Receivable when required
- Follow up outstanding timesheets and approvals across the business
- Coordinate office administration, supplies and building management requirements
- Manage access cards, onboarding administration and general office support
- Liaise with stakeholders across local and international teams
- Identify and support process improvement initiatives
The ideal candidate:
- 3+ years' experience in an Accounts Payable, Accounts Officer or Finance Assistant position
- Strong end-to-end Accounts Payable experience
- Exposure to reconciliations, month-end processes and broader finance support
- Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicating with stakeholders and following up outstanding actions
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable balancing finance and office administration responsibilities
- Process improvement mindset and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
