MAYDAY is on the hunt for a proactive Accounts Receivable Officer
who will play a pivotal role in supporting a fast-paced global organisation with debt collection, managing, and maintaining accounts receivable records, and performing daily invoicing and account reconciliation.

No two days will be the same in this dynamic role. You’ll be at the heart of the AR function, managing both customer relationships and financial processes:
- Handling inbound enquiries (2–3 days/week) and outbound collections
- Managing a high volume of calls (40–45 per day) with professionalism and empathy
- Owning your ledger, with accounts split across multiple states
- Completing end-to-end Accounts Receivable tasks, including account setup and reporting
- Reviewing and processing credit applications
- Working across systems including Pronto and Salesforce(training provided)
- Supporting the team with weekly banking and reconciliation tasks
- Experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar high-volume role
- Confident communicator with excellent phone manner
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Experience with Pronto and/or Salesforce is a bonus, not a must
